Investment Disclosure

These are equity only portfolios. Equity only portfolios are considered aggressive and are not suitable for all investors. Adding more conservative components (such as fixed income) to create a balanced portfolio will often lower total returns. As always, contact your financial professional prior to making any investing decisions.

SFE is proud that, over the years, other financial advisory firms have allocated their clients assets to SFE because of its expertise in Socially Responsible Investing (SRI), and Growth and Income Investing of U.S. listed companies.

Socially Responsible Investing (SRI)

Socially Responsible Investing (SRI)

“Doing well by doing good” is gaining favor with an increasing number of investors, especially women and young adults. SFE has pursued socially responsible investing, or SRI, for more than a decade.

The Pathways™ (SRI) All-Cap strategy is an SRI portfolio available in separately managed accounts of $100,000 or more. The strategy seeks to produce long term returns that outperform the S&P 500 Total Return Index. In contrast to many SRI portfolios, Pathways™ goes beyond excluding companies whose products are deemed harmful, and instead actively searches for companies that benefit society.

Growth and Income Investing

Growth and Income Investing

Reducing risk is a high priority at SFE. Companies with strong earnings outlook or companies with a history of paying dividends can potentially cushion portfolios in market declines.

SFE’s US Equity All-Cap Core Growth & Income strategy is a portfolio available in separately managed accounts of $100,000 or more. The strategy seeks to produce long term returns that outperform the S&P 500 Total Return Index. The strategy is a concentrated portfolio with approximately 20-30 positions in U.S.-listed securities that are poised for growth and/or have a solid history of dividend payments.
